March 8, 2020 at 4:19 pmHi everyone, I've usually only posted in the Ovacue forum, I dont know how active these other ones are so I'll probably cross post to a few other forums as well. As I mentioned in the title, I'm 36 years old and just diagnosed with DOR. Dr said I'm perimenopausal, AMH is 0.03, FSH was 56. I have not yet had an ultrasound for follicle count but am waiting until the beginning of my cycle to get that done. I've been told I have a 5% chance of success with IVF if I use my own eggs, more than 70% with donor eggs and a 1 to 2% if we just keep trying naturally. I was pregnant in September 2019 but that lead to a chemical pregnancy. I have not yet decided if we should just go straight to donor or if I want to try with my own. If finances werent an option, I would try a thousand times to use my own, but unfortunately, I have no insurance coverage for IVF. I'm hesitant to spend so much knowing that it will most likely not be successful. On the other hand, I dont know if I want to go through the rest if my life wondering if I would have gotten lucky. In the meantime, I'm taking ubiquinol, dhea (at the advice of the RE), Vivix (from Shaklee, a reservetrol supplement), vitamin d (10,000u daily for 2 weeks, then 5,000u daily), vitamin C and vitamin b complex, as well as my prenatal vitamin and ovaboost. Does anyone have any success stories with very low AMH and DOR? What are your stories on using donor eggs, if you did, and how did you get to that point? Are there any other supplements I should be taking, I was looking into the FH Pro instead of ovaboost and the prenatal, but I'm not sure. Any thoughts are welcome, I'm having a hard time trying to decide where to go from here.

In regards to FH PRO for Women. We recommend this to women who are considering IVF as it does not contain an herbal blend. It would take the place of OvaBoost and the prenatal you are currrently taking. You could talk with your RE to see if it would also cover your Vit C and B as well depending on the amount they want you taking.
Best of luck to you! Keep us posted on what you decide!
