I wouldn't be able to say whether you are moving towards a miscarriage because of decreasing temps, sorry about that. If you can't get in to see your doctor, some insurance companies have a tele-doc option or you could call and see if you could talk to a nurse to at least put your mind at ease for now.
Hopefully some other women who have had BFPs will be able to offer some suggestions on whether or not to stop charting.
Best of luck to you!

But as Andrea said, you can probably get a tele-visit or advice at the very least. Have you already contacted your GP for your first pregnancy visits? :)

It was so helpful to hear from you.
My bbt went back up quite a bit today so I’m feeling relieved. Hopefully not too worrying since it didn’t reach the cover line- (went only as far down as my previous lowest dip 10 dpo-possibly implantation?).
I should probably stop with the bbt if it’s gonna cause stress tho. Ugh.
Also honestly I won’t have an appointment until week 10 due to Coronavirus so it seemed like a way to keep track and see if there were any danger signs...
I have the impression that my doc, probably typically, isn’t huge on bbt being reliable in general. But if there’d been a big sustained drop below the cover line and staying down I’d definitely call her.
But I really appreciate being able to find support here!
