BBT multiple readings
I have only been charting my BBT for about 2 weeks and recently I have been waking up in the middle of the night at different times. Sometimes I get out of bed, sometimes I just lay awake for a few minutes then fall back asleep, sometimes I toss and turn for the remainder of the night. On those nights that I do wake up I always take a reading. I then take a second reading when my alarm goes off (so the readings are take between 4-6am and then again at 7:25am). I have been so confused as to what to plot! The second reading is always higher. So here is the question: If BBT is the LOWEST TEMP that your body achieves during a 24-hour period, shouldn't I always plot the LOWEST reading of the night regardless of what time it was taken? If I plot the 7:25 time every day, my graph looks totally different from if I plot only the lowest readings. My 7:25 readings would suggest that I ovulated this week, but not my true lowest temps...
