March 7, 2013 at 8:43 amHi broper - Thanks for your post. Great question! I've pulled up your chart and I'd actually predict that ovulation occurred on CD 19 with the purple box. Here's why . . .

The monitor detected your oral 'cue peak' trend on CD 9, 10, and 11 with a high oral reading followed by two lower readings, which then populated out your fertile window of light blue to dark blue days. Once in your fertile window, the monitor begins to closely interpret your vaginal readings. As ovulation is approaching, we expect to see declining vaginal readings. Then once ovulation occurs, we'll see a vaginal rise and then want to see continued elevated vaginal readings to confirm ovulation was successful! We saw a downward trend in your vaginal readings followed by a vaginal rise which populated the pink box. But, after the pink box, instead of seeing relatively elevated vaginal readings, we saw a very clear vaginal drop. . to your lowest vaginal reading yet too! I also notice a second oral 'cue peak' trend on CD 14, 15, and 16 - which can indicate possible multiple follicular stimulation. What is that? Well, simply stated it means that your body had selected a follicle, and attempted to ovulate. . but for one reason or another, it was unsuccessful. So, your body selected another follicle to mature and ovulation. After the vaginal drop on CD 18, we saw a small vaginal rise which populated the purple box. Now, to confirm ovulation was successful this time, we'll want to see continued elevated vaginal readings!

I hope that helps and feel free to keep me posted!

March 7, 2013 at 11:00 amAnytime you see low vaginal readings - I'd definitely recommend you have intercourse just to cover all your bases! Your temps do look a bit sporadic so it will be interesting to see if they rise up even more!

March 10, 2013 at 9:51 pmHello! Sarah is on Vacation right now! I would predict that ovulation occurs between CD18/19 with the purple box this month.
