I haven't had any success yet, so I won't talk about my own diet. But I have been listening to a lot of lectures by a local fertility guide lately and she says she's seen tons of vegans getting pregnant after years of trying when starting to eat meat again. So I don't think this is the time to go vegan.
TTC can be so painful at times, I'm sorry to hear of your struggles. Take good care of yourself! <3
Lots of good wishes,
Emma

I’m 42 TTC for the first time. I’ve taken some online fertility courses by functional medicine practitioners, and it seems like animal products can be very important part of the diet as we TTC. So I agree with what Emma was stating. I’m personally on whole food diet/high nutrient density/anti-inflammatory type of diet. This whole process is a lot harder emotionally than I ever thought.
I hope you the very best!

Also, seconding LateToTheShow, research raspberry leaf tea. Previously I took it and got pregnant that cycle (9w MC). I've just added it back in thinking that may have been how I got my BFP before and am waiting for ovulation. I drink 3 cups per day and will stop at ovulation, plus am on find of supplements (all determined by the Real Food book and doing research based on my diet).
I wish you the best!
