Do I have PCOS?

I'm new to this. Im 26 years old and I just got diagnosed with PCOS. My AMH level is 5.24 ng/mL. I'm so confused because my periods are not heavy and I get them every month. I had a ultrasound that 2 doctors said it looked normal and no cyst but 1 doctor said I do have cyst. Im not overweight (5'6 125 lb) and my hair is the same. I did breakout but I've been feeling so much stress this year (covid). I work in a hospital and have to wear a mask. That is when I noticed a major breakout on my face. I tried to reduce the mask use and stay home and did notice my breakout going away. Now I am paranoid and everything I see I think is PCOS. My BF doesnt notice any weight changes or changes on my hair. I dont know what to do. Do I have PCOS? Anyone with similar stories?

January 2, 2021 at 3:55 pmMy best friend has PCOS and would have never known if she hadn't had difficulty getting pregnant and carrying to term, so she had tests done. Not everyone falls in the textbook symptoms.

January 4, 2021 at 8:49 amHi Sabatini94. I agree with hallitrepz that not everyone will have the same symptoms. I would recommend starting to chart your Basal Body Temperature so you can get a little bit better picture of when you are ovulating and how long your luteal phase is. We recommend reading Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. You can also read through this explanataion of BBT charting here.
