Ectopic? (Over 40)

Not my first rodeo.  I have 11 children and I'm 47.  Cycles have been very regular still.  No sign of menopause just yet.  That being said, normal cycle with ovulation, (I'm not charting bc we are not TTC and youngest is almost 3) had sore boobs a few days past ovualtion, then about 7 dpo I had spotting.  Cramps the next day with zero spotting whatsoever and continued for the remaining week.  Faint positive rite aid brand test 12 dpo, bc I started getting sleepy, extra hungry, still sore boobs, can express pre milk stuff, blah blah, all only happens for me in early pregnancy. 

I think it was the cramping really that got my attention bc it followed that short spotting. I don't cramp unitl day 2 of my cycle, been that way all my life. Anyhow, took another test a few days later (frer) and negative.  Started spotting day 28 (26 day cycles every month is normal for me) and its just been so light since.

What are the symptoms of ectopic? Am I just old? LOL my cycle just suddenly got light in one month? Anyone experience extended implantation bleeds then wa la bfp? I've had implantation bleeds for about a third of my term pregnancies and have also had subchorionic bleeds.  My last pregnancy was c section due to 25%+ placenta abruption.  Thoughts? I'm on day 3 of light bleeds, currently somewhere around 17 dpo (again, not charting so going on mittleschmirtz), still taking naps and still have tender bbs etc etc. 

Oh! And also, my cervix has remained high, hard, and closed.  I'm at pro at checking it. Just saying. My cycles it feels about a fingertip open typically.  This thing is like fort knox and also I had a lot of creamy cm up until the spotting started and I'm usually bone dry before af.
