December 21, 2016 at 5:00 amI'm not really sure which category to post under. This pregnancy has sure been up and down. I'm high risk just because of my previous losses, one being second trimester. I'm currently 14 weeks along and have been on modified bed rest for subcorionic hematoma. It is doing fine, they aren't worried about it. I'm having all tests done available because of my previous losses. The ultrasound came back fine when they were checking for downs. My MartiniT test came back normal. But, the blood test with my ultrasound came back that I have extremely low PAPPA. They don't think it's a trisomy since those came back fine and the ultrasound looked good, but they are doing further tests to do more accurate tests. They think it's probably going to be a problem with my placenta. They said I could have a multitude of placental problems, like placenta abruption, previa, and much more i really don't even remember. It could cause me to lose the baby or have preterm birth. I am really scared now, but trying my best to hold it together. Have you ever heard of anything like that? Hopefully someone had gone through it with a good outcome. I really, really want to bring a baby home and not bury another one!!
