Finally got my BFP

October 25, 2020 at 2:14 amBeen TTC #1 for 7 months, 6 cycles after being on the pill for 10 years. I'm 29 and felt disheartened getting negative after negative each cycle while everyone around me were announcing their pregnancies.

I looked in to the FAM after someone mentioning the TCOYF book in an online forum. I finally got my BFP within the second cycle of tracking my bbt. My entire TTC journey was a complete learning experience re my cycle trying to regulate off hormonal birth control, fertile period, cervical fluid, male fertility, and so much more.

I wanted to say that the community here are super encouraging. They offer educated and sound advice and provide alot of support.

October 28, 2020 at 8:13 amCongratulations! I must say I think TCOYF help me in more ways then one. It helped us convince our first time round but it also made me feel empowered and educated about the process and as if it weren’t all up to luck and sitting around waiting to see what happens.
