December 3, 2020 at 5:20 amOvagraph has marked temp shift on CD16, whereas Kindara initially marked my temp shift on cd18. Now it's changed it to cd28, that's today. Have i really ovulated? Do you really see a thermal shift?

December 3, 2020 at 5:22 amAlso, I take my temp when i have atleast three hours of sleep rather than same time principle. I wake up in between for bathroom breaks so temping at same time isn't possible for me

December 3, 2020 at 8:38 amHi. With the temps listed, I would agree CD 16 is possible ovulation. Occording to the rules set by Toni, which our app uses, CD 18 wouldn't be considered a possible ovulation day because the temps for 3 out of the 4 days following the rise don't stay elevated at or above CD 19's rise. There are quite a few missing temps leading up to ovulation though, so that can make it a little harder to see a clear thermal shift.

Are you using a BBT specific thermometer?

December 3, 2020 at 8:49 amI'm using a normal fever thermometer in Fahrenheit. I've never gone past 12dpo. Acc. to ovagraph, I'm going strong still. When do you suggest to test??

It is also recommended that you use a BBT specific thermometer. Fever thermometers aren't sensitive enough to pick up on subtle changes needed to track BBT.
