If you wake up at 5:50 am it would be better for you to take your temp then, then try to go back to sleep for another hour. Your temperature will get warmer, in general, the later you take them in the morning. It's pretty common to see your temps fluctutate a little but daily, throughout your cycle. Your chart looks great. There is a clear thermal shift and your temps have sttayed at a new higher range.
