New with some questions

I'm new to charting and TTC#1. I'm 36, and this is our second month TTC. I got a copper IUD removed Sept 9th. I've used the Glow app to track my periods over the last 5 years and thought I knew when I was ovulating, but didn't realize how important it was to get all of this other in-depth information, so have happily switched over.
I have a few questions:
(1) On my chart I see numbers above the days after presumed ovulation some of the days, not others- seems like it could be related to the temperature drop. Wondering if that kind of temperture drop and rise again is okay, and also what I should make of only seeing 1, 2, 3, and not numbers above other days post-ovulation.
(2) I have some regular middle-of-the-night insomnia and am often up 3:30/4-5am and then fall back to sleep 5-7 or so. I'm wondering how this might impact my temperatures and if there's anything I should be doing regarding when I take my bbt (aside from trying to address the frequent insomnia). Is it okay to take it sometime between 7-8 when I wake up, even if I haven't had a full 3-4 hours of sleep prior?
(3) Since I got my copper IUD out I've had breast soreness starting a few days prior to ovulation and basically continuing until I get my period- it's worse right around ovulation (or what I assume is ovulation happening) but still noticeable after- soreness, heavy feeling, etc. I have no idea why this would be but am wondering if this is something to be concerned about- e.g. some kind of indication that my hormones are off?
Thanks so much for the advice! I work in clinical research so I'm really loving the data collection element of this- my husband and I joke that we're going to name our future baby "Data" ;)

1) Don't worry about not seeing continuing numbers; it's only counting your next 3 Temps above your coverline to confirm ovulation through BBT.
2) If you don't get continuous night sleep, it's simply recommended to take your temp after your longest amount of consistent sleep, preferably at the same time/within a 30 minute window if possible. I'm going with longest chunk of sleep at the moment with my baby waking me a few times at night.
3) Honestly, I'm not sure this is an indication of a problem? It could just be normal for the way your hormones fluctuate in your cycle and how your body reacts to it. If you're concerned though, it never hurts to ask your doctor just to make sure!
I hope this helps , and maybe others can add to/elaborate further with their experience !

The Peak Fam Rules are counting the temps that are as high or higher than the temp rise, Toni touches on this in her section on trying to avoid, so if you are trying to conceive you can ignore that line.
Since there is so much information on the chart and in the forums I want to link the BBT FAQs here for you. Feel free to read through them and let me know if you have any questions.
Hallitrepz stated the time to take BBT perfectly! I am not sure about breast soreness, but you could notate that with a custom chart field to see if there is any correlation with before or after ovulation.
Hope this helps!
