Cycle #8 has your ovulation trend on CD 14/15 and Cycle #7 has yoour ovulation trend on CD 11/12. Both with a luteal phase of 13-14 days which is what you want to see. This is considered your ovulation trend because this is your lowest vaginal reading followed by a rise.
The 'cue peak' (one higher reading followed by two lower readings) in your oral readings are what give you the predicted fertile window. Once the monitor detects this it will populate light to dark blue boxes. This indicates ovulation is possible in the next 5-7 days. After this occurs you want to shift your focus to your vaginal readings. As your body gears up for ovulation, your vaginal readings will start to decline. This indicates surging estrogen. When you see your lowest vaginal reading followe by a rise the next day, this indicates your body has possibly shifted from estrogen dominance to progesterone dominance which would indicate possible ovulation. After you see an ovulation trend your vaginal readings should stay elevated above your lowest vaginal reading during your fertile window.
You need to be having intercourse for the 3-5 days leading up to your ovulation trend. So using the blue colored boxes can help you plan in advance when that needs to happen.

I have been using 6 months and I am not sure what I am doing though I want to be pregnant.
Doctors said everything is good with me and my husband hormone result last year and we follow the indicator for intercourses but so far not work.

If you want to include the days you had intercourse to your chart, I am happy to take a look to see if timing looks good.
It also looks like you are missing a vaginal reading here and there, some times two, during your fertile window. You really want to try to avoid that because it can cause an incorrect ovulation prediction to populate.
Has your husband had a semen analysis done as well?

I am seeing all of your cycle lengths are between 24 and 29 days for the last six months. That would be considered regular. However, with the length changing by roughly 5 days some cycles, it is really important you don't miss any vaginal readings. It is much harder to determine ovulation trends when readings are missing which will make it harder to plan intercourse.
You could look into a sperm friendly lubrication like BabyDance, to use during your fertile window. It is recommended to reach out to your doctor if you have been trying to conceive for 6 months and are unsuccessful. The last 3 or 4 cycles you have here are missing vaginal readings during the fertile window so it's just harder to see if your luteal phase is shorter than it should be. I would probably reach out to your doctor at this point since it has been 6 months to see if they want to run any tests.
I am not seeing anything out of the ordinary on your chart. It looks like there are ovulation trends, again, it's a little harder to pin down with missing readings.
Hope this helps.
