That's a really great question. In a normal senario, you would ovulate before getting your period, but in this case, there might be constant spotting where you could not see ovulation signs and then get your period. I am not sure if you can have what appears to be a period, without ovulation. Has your doctor given you any indication of what your cycle might look like?
For some women, they get their period back within a month or so, but find their cycle length varys more than it did before their miscarriage. Hopefully some other women will be able to offer some feedback.
