Hi there savannahlee - I know first hand how hard PCOS can make tracking down likely ovulation as I have PCOS myself. This is why it's going to be important that you are looking at the readings themselves and not just relying solely on that predicted color coding. To do this, you're first looking for possible 'cue peak' trends in the oral readings - one higher oral reading followed by two lower oral readings - which can mean that your body may attempt ovulation in the next 5-7 days or so. As you're moving into that fertile window, you're looking to see those vaginal readings declining, which is when I recommend you're considering yourself fertile. Then, after ovulation, you're looking to see those vaginal readings rise, and remain elevated.
