March 6, 2013 at 6:33 pmI have been using the ovacue for several months now. I used it for 4 months and had a miscarriage and i've been using it since. After my m/c i used my monitor and according to my oral sensor i was never fertile,i started my cycle a month later and the days lit up as being fertile but according to the vaginal sensor i never ovulated.I started my cycle 20 days later (after the previous cycle) and the days have lit up like usual, according to the vaginal sensor I ovulated on cd 9 (which i find very strange!). Anyways, i was not able to get a vaginal reading on cd 8 because it kept reading over 400 (i tried countless times throughout an afternoon and evening), cd 9 i supposdly ovulated and cd 10 i havent been able to get a vaginal reading either! It keeps reading over 400 no matter what. What is going on? Is my sensor broken? Its very frustrating! Has anyone had this happen?  I realize my body is probably trying to get back to normal which would explain the close cycles and odd day of ovulating (if that was even accurate) but not being able to get a reading is not helping the situation! Its not going to be accurate,is it? Please help explain if you can Smile

March 6, 2013 at 8:31 pmyou can call customer care and they might be able to help. mb even send you a new replacement. I have never had that problem with mine and i have had it for 2 -3 years. Same as you got pregnant by using it and then miscarried. But i stopped using it and got pregnant again and had my son at 21 weeks. he did not survive =( . But i am using it and started 2 months ago. MY cycles have been messed up since i had him. So hard to say. I know with mines that i keep getting A ovulation confirmed box then a few days later i get the purple box saying that i ovualated again?! its what they call it a Secondary fertilily i guess...

March 7, 2013 at 9:20 amskasn - Thanks for your post. It sounds like there are some interesting factors happening right now. With such a short cycle length of 20 days, we'll definitely want to interpret the raw data too. Feel free to email me (sarah@fairhavenhealth) to help with interpretation of your data and also to troubleshoot with your sensor! :)
