I lost a 9 week pregnancy two weeks ago and had a D&C. I’ve been tracking my temperature again since and I know that the cycle takes awhile to regulate after loss. I am historically very regular- ovulating on day 12/13 and a 15 day luteal phase.

my temperature remained elevated through day 8. I did see a distinct temp drop for 3 days (9-11), but now have two more days of elevated temperature.

Is it possible to tell whether this means I ovulated (or does it just merely mean my temp is all over the place?).

I am not seeing a thermal shift in your temps yet. They don't look all over the place to me either, they just haven't risen to a new higher range.

Again, I am so sorry you are going through this.
