If you are concerned about progesterone imbalance, you would need to consult with your doctor or OB-GYN since the only way to know what your actual hormone levels are is with a blood test. Your BBT chart indicates fluctuations and shifts within your resting body temperature and can give potential clues about imbalances, but the only way to confirm that would be with a bloodtest.
