Please DO NOT delete the data that is stored in your app. To fix this issue, it is not necessary to delete the data - I don't want you to go through the extra work of having to reenter it again.
I will go ahead and delete the cycles that appear in OvaGraph. That way, once we get the International Dates to appear correctly within the app, when you hit View Graph, your cycle data will transfer correctly. Thanks for your patience as we get this sorted out for you! Take care!

Yes, I understand what you are saying. But, we do have a known "bug" with the app version you are running - in how it handles international dates. Here is an explanation of the problem that might help:
If you live outside of the United States, or if your Region Format setting within your device is defaulted to a region other than the United States, you might experience an issue with the way the app saves the date in the Add Data screen. For example, today's date is April 1, 2013, which appears as 4/1/2013 in the United States. If you have a different Region Format selected, the app will save the date as 1/4/2013, which the app will then recognize as January 4th, instead of April 1st.
If you experience this issue, please go to the Settings within your device. Under General settings, find the International setting, and then find Region Format. Select United States.
The good news is that there is a new version of the app (1.22) available in the App Store that fixes this issue. Or, you can change your Region Format as described above. Please either download the new version of the app, or change your Region Format - the issue should be resolved moving forward. Let me know how it goes! Thanks.

Here is what I need you to do: Please delete all of the saved readings stored within your app. Now that you have the new version of the app, any new data that you enter into the app (starting with tomorrow's readings) will be saved correctly, and should transfer correctly when you hit View Graph. I will fix things with the previous days data (July 29 through August 6th).
Again, please confirm that you do in fact have 1.22 loaded in your app by checking the Advanced Settings and please go into the app and delete all of your saved readings. Then, please go ahead and enter in tomorrow's data into the app. I am expecting things to work well from here on out. Thanks for your patience!

1. Look at the Add/View readings screen within your app. Be sure that the dates and cycle days appear in the proper order. Make sure there are no duplicate cycle days displayed. For example, July 30 should be Cycle Day 3. Please be sure that no other date says Cycle Day 3. If you see any duplicate cycle days, please be sure to correct this before moving on to the next step.
2. Now, go to the Settings page (press gear icon at the lower right). Find Advanced Settings. Press Force Upload and then Press Accept.
3. Go back to Main/Home Screen.
4. Press View Graph.
This should clean everything up, once and for all! Thanks.

I too am experiencing new cycle creation for each day. I use an android phone for the most part. My cycles are supposed to occur every 35.5, so i have it set at 36 days. Since the bug i have 12 cycles listed, i am suupoed to only have 2 cycles. I have tried uninstalling reinstalling the app but still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
