Question about when a new cycle begins

March 6, 2013 at 9:14 amHello Everyone! I am new to this site and I have a question that maybe one of you can answer for me. I have been charting my fertility info with a calendar at home and now I have found this site so I want to tranfer all of that info onto this website. I just don't know when a cycle ends and a new one begins. Is the first day of your menstral cycle the first day of the next cycle or is the fist day of the end of your menstral cycle the first cycle day? Any help is greatly appreciated!!!!
