I'm sorry you suffered a miscarriage too. It is a very emotional cruel event to have to go through. Thanks for your help. Regarding the B6 do you take it daily? My luteal phase according to my last 2 charts have been 12 - 13 days which is fine, but the evil brown spotting starts 8dpo. I should add that I have endometriosis and I was on mexdroxyprogesterone (to bring on regular periods) when I found out I was pregnant. When I was on the progesterone, I never got the premenstrual spotting. The doctors insist that the progesterone did not play a part in getting pregnant, but I can't help but think it did. I just get worried that this premenstrual spotting is my lining shedding to fast for implantation to ever occur....

I experienced mid cycle and spotting 3days before af. I started taking a bcomplex which has equal amounts of b6 and b12. You can get them as a b50 or b100...they say to start small and work your way up.
I think I got pg our first try and baby was flushed out. After three months of bcomplex we got our BFP. I gradually saw pos changes each month. My whole story is in a thread I started in overcoming infertility naturally....you can pop over and read the whole thing if you want, but it worked for me!! And the month I got my BFP...NO spotting before af...gave me a little clue;-)

Looking at your chart I'm inclined to say o occurred cd16 with the temp rise cd17 and you had your most fertile cm then. It's possible o occurred with the second temp rise cd19...but your cm doesn't line up as well.
Hang in there:/ so sorry for your loss:(

I try to get my vitamins from natural sources as much as possible bc there's some thought as to the fact that "artificial" or supplemental vitamins just don't absorb well since they're bound to work differently then vitamins from foods. I started that train of thought when I realized you will never see toxicity (ok super rarely) from naturally ingested vitamins from foods but frequently see toxicity to supplemental vitamins, especially the fat soluble ones. Therefore they must act differently in the body. Just an interesting bit of thought :)
