So far I think I'm pretty lucky as well! I have one, maybe two which is actually right around my still healing scar's from my ectopic surgery. Other than those two scars, I do not have any other stretch marks yet! I've also heard that genetics has alot to do with it, so ask your Mom how her stretch marks were with pregnancy. When I asked my Mom she said that she only got a few on her hips and maybe her butt but none really on her belly, and so far since I'm ALL baby in the belly with very little hip change I think that's promising!! :)

With my DD (40 years old) I got a couple of bigger ones where the first c-section scar was as this would not stretch due to scar tissue. However, I did not get any other new ones. What happened instead is each of the ones I got with my DS extended about 1 inch. Still none are higher than my belly button but a couple now reach just below that level. I started Trilastin SR again about 1 1/2 weeks ago twice per day. I am already seeing improvement. It is amazing stuff. My DD was bigger at just over 6lb.
I got none on my hips or breasts. The belly is better for me than hips or breasts as the belly is barely exposed. I have a friend who has stretch marks on her breast and you can see them when she wears lower cut tops.
I think the way you are with your first pregnancy is a good indication of how you will be with the second. I was also very vigilant about rubbing stuff on during both pregnancies but still got them so perhaps some of the anti-stretch mark preps minimize the impact but they don't seem to prevent them. Not that I expected them to.
