March 6, 2013 at 8:51 pmI am trying to understand my readings I take them right when i get up everyday and then right before  i go to bed. I have gotten every color this month... If you look at my chart you will understand what i mean when i say i have gotten every color and its just odd what order they go in. This is my second month to get the purple box. MB someone can help me understand why i have all the colors the way they are I know that I got a ovulation confirmed than turn around and get the Dark Blue. Confusing...... I lost my son On 10-31-2012 from going in to labor early at 21wks. My periods are getting back on track. I would say last month (Feb) was the first normal period.

March 7, 2013 at 2:16 amTo me, it looks like ovulation did take place with the pink box. Your vaginal readings have risen and stayed quite high since then, so I would guess the other colors are just fluctuations.

March 7, 2013 at 8:50 amHi onekindalove06 - Thanks for your post and very sorry to hear of your loss as well. I've pulled up your chart and there are couple things I notice. . . It looks like there were quite a few missed vaginal readings. . . .as you continue to chart, it will be very important for interpretation to make sure you take those vaginal readings daily to ensure we don't miss any trends! It looks like you had a low vaginal reading on CD 12 followed by a rise on CD 13, which populated the pink box. . .and since then we've seen continued elevated vaginal readings! This is a very clear sign that ovulation was successful. The reason you've seen the purple and dark blue box occur are due to an extreme vaginal rise (on CD 15) and then a missed vaginal reading on CD 16 (which is marked as zero in the monitor). . followed by your reading on CD 17 which was considered a huge increase as far as the monitor was concerned. Because your vaginal readings have remained elevated since the pink box, we can predict ovulation occurred on CD 13!

Hope that helps!
