The general trends you are looking for is first a 'cue peak' in your oral readings, this is one high reading followed by two lower readings. This indicates your body is possibly selecting a follice and you may ovulate sometime in the next 5-7 days. Once you detect your 'cue peak' you want to shift your focus to your vaginal readings, seeing them decline and then rise. We would consider the decline/rise an ovulation trend. With PCOS, it is likely you will see more flucutations in your readings than you would otherwise. Each time you see your vaginal readings decline, you want to consider yourself fertile and plan intercourse accordingly. After you have a vaginal reading trend with a decline/rise, you want to see your readings stay elevated above your lowest vaginal low. Again, if you readings start to decline, consider yourself fertile until you see them rise again.
I am a little confused about when you started medication, was your last period on CD 1 of Cycle #1 or CD 1 of Cycle #2? When did you start taking these medications?

So is that means if i had the cue peak from my oral reading and my vaginal reading decline is that means the right ‘time’ to intercouse?
I started taking medication (clomid) from CD3 for 5 days straight.

You have a second ovulation trend on CD 14/15. Your vaginal readings declined again, on CD 13 and CD 14, and on CD 14 they dipped lower than on CD 11. When you see your vaginal readings dip lower than your previous lowest vaginal readings, we recommend you consider yourself fertile and plan intercourse accordingly.
At this point, you want to see your vaginal readings stay elevated above CD 14.
Let me know if you have any questions about this!

I had my period after CD31.

At this point, you want to see your readings stay above CD 14. If they start to decline again, consider yourself fertile and plan intercourse for the days your vaginal readings are declining.

Does it really matter if i take the reading an hour or half and hour late?

Are you leaving an 8 hour window between when you have intercourse and when you take your readings as well?
Hope this helps.
