How long do you find your cycles tend to last? My understanding with PCOS and BBT charting is you could see your temps fluctuate quite a bit from day to day. It looks like you are keeping track of cervical mucus which is great and going to be really helpful. I would recommend considering yourself fertile everytime you see fertile CM. You might also consider using OPKs as well, to get a better idea about the fluctuations you might see in your temps.
Hopefully some women with PCOS who use BBT will be able to offer some tips and suggestions!

You are going to see these fluctuations in your temps with PCOS. I would keep taking your temps, your possible ovulation day can change when more temps are added if another possible ovulation trend is found.
If you can, I would also keep using the OPKs to see if they are corresponding with spikes in your temps.
Hope this helps!
