Short Luteal Phase Cycles
When charting your cycles, especially when you are trying to conceive, it is a good idea to pay close attention to the length of the luteal phase of your menstrual cycle. The luteal phase is the number of days from the day of ovulation to the start of your next period. A "healthy" luteal phase length is 11-16 days long, and anything 10 days or under can signal a problem with your fertility - if it occurs cycle after cycle.
