App Update - January 2017

We’ll be releasing an App Update for both iOS and Android tomorrow! I couldn't wait, I just had to share the news. One of the major items I want to touch on is the new Custom Fields feature! You can now create your own fields to be charted. They can be anything you want! I have a co-worker who tends to get migraines, so she has created a field for that. Now she can track when she experiences migraines in her cycle, and look for patterns.
How to create custom fields in the OvaGraph app:
· After you’re logged into your account, go to the Menu-Settings-Custom Chart Fields
· To add new field, tap the + icon in the upper right corner of the screen
· Tap the new chart field to edit the name of your choice, and adjust the color code if you would like.
· Tap Accept to save
· Repeat to add any other custom chart fields
· You can also delete a field by tapping on in, and then selecting Remove
Once they’re created, you can add them to your chart through the Today’s Data screen. While on the Today’s Data screen, tap Edit, and you’ll see the Custom Field(s) that you’ve created at the bottom of the screen. You’ll have the toggle feature to select yes/no for that day.
After you save the information for that day, you’ll see your custom fields at the very bottom of your chart!
*One thing to note – you must have an internet connection while creating new Custom Fields, so double check that you’re connect before and while you’re creating those.
We also streamlined how you enter and edit Cycle Day information on the Edit screen, so you’ll see that it’s more user-friendly when you’re entering additional cycle data like Cervical Fluid or if you’re tracking your menstrual bleeding.
Another feature that we added helps with deleting duplicate days (which most of you would never have). Sometimes a day can be duplicated if you’re using the app and then you switch to the website, or if you close the app before it syncs, etc. No matter how it happens, you’ll be able to delete any duplicates through the app, so your chart information looks just as we would expect. *You can always reach out to us with questions about duplicates! I would rather you ask than not!
There are also a couple additional categories in the Menu screen of the app, including the Chart Gallery, as well as a link to Toni’s Tips (Toni Weschler’s blog, author of Taking Charge of Your Fertility).
As always, please feel free to ask questions as you become familiar with the new features!

Or I will need to switch to using the mobile app to do this?
Can a user switch seamlessly between the website and mobile app (i.e. see all past cycles, etc.)?
Thank you!
