April 27, 2020 at 10:30 amHi There. The OvaCue Monitor does not sync with the App. You can upload your monitor readings to your computer with the USB device that came with it. Otherwise, you will need to manually enter your daily readings into the app.

April 28, 2020 at 6:45 amSorry to highjack your post but I was about to post a very similar question which may be relevant! Are there any bluetooth BBT thermometers that work with the app or do they all have to be synced on the computer? Does it have to be the OvaCue?

OvaGraph does not have a bluetooth BBT thermometer. You would need to use a regular BBT thermometer and manually enter your temps each day.

The OvaCue is measuring electrolye resistance in saliva and cervical mucus, not temperature. So if you are wanting a BBT thermometer, that probably isn't what you are looking for. If you do have questions about the OvaCue I am happy to explain how it works.

May 3, 2020 at 9:07 amHi! I have a similar problem. A month ago my mobile device was working but I could not log in because my original account was blocked. I created a new account for this month because I didn’t hear back from anyone to unlock my old one and I didn’t want to miss another month and now the app is not recognizing my sensors when they’re plugged in using my mobile device. Please help this is becoming very frustrating and I don’t want to miss another month :) today is cycle day 2 for me.

May 4, 2020 at 8:32 amHi jeanmtarigo, sorry if we missed your email last month to reactivate your account. I can certianly do that for you now. Your mobile device can't be shared between two accounts so it is still linked with your old account. You have a couple options, I can move the adpater to your new account, so we can reopen your old account and delete the new one. Totally up to you, I am happy to do either.

I see you email as well, I will repsond there also incase you see one before the other.

July 3, 2020 at 11:06 amI am having the same problem. My old account is from years ago, but I would like to start again and it says my user name and password aren’t valid and I know they are correct. I have the Ovacue mobile and can not get a reading to work no matter what device I use! I even still have the original device I initially used.
