Flu like symptoms 11 dpo bfn digital

I’m an old fan/member of OvaGraph and ttc my second child. I have a 4 year old beautiful boy I conceived through IUI. I’m 38 and we decided couple months ago to try for a second baby.

I reached out to my RE since first time was a struggle and thought needed help this time around since I’m 35+. So we did HSG and clomid 5-7 days last cycle. I am probably 12 dpo today since I ovulate cycle day 15 on clomid.

So, I haven’t been charting or temping as seriously as I did with first since we just started ttc process. But here is what I have been seeing or rather suffering from since yesterday - flu like symptoms, temps close to 99 yesterday, lethargy, heightened sense of smell and some nausea, not much interest in eating unless super hungry, couldn’t sleep last night and now constipation this morning and thick creamy CM. Sorry about the TMI. I had one digi left over lol so tried yesterday at 11 dpo and bfn. I have ordered more and will try tomorrow if AF doesn’t show up. I have pretty regular cycles that don’t exceed 27-28 days.

Any thoughts?
