No bad side effects yet. Fertile CM does work for me.. not dramatically, but there is a noticeable difference. I also take guafenesin for a few days leading up to & including my peak day, for extra effect.
My cycle tends to vary from 24-30 days, & this cycle after a full month of FertilAid, I'm currently at CD 28. So perhaps it's having a regulating effect.. or it may be too soon to tell for sure. I do know that the FertilAid has all the prenatal vitamins + herbal support, & it's much easier to take than the prenatal I was previously on!
I also had a very clear thermal shift this cycle, possibly due to the OvaBoost.

Hi daniB22
It is really good to start with prenatal multi vitamin before the conception which involves with various internal pregnancy progression. Nutritional deficiencies are directly linked to ovulation issues, hormonal imbalances, poor ovum health, and so much more.
Iron deficiency causes lack of ovulation and folic acid deficit leads to serious birth defects of the child. Take Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Iron, Folic Acid, B Complex, Selenium and Zinc, multivitamin tablets and food rich in the said vitamins.
I have seen some people go for natural progesterone cream for conception and they carry a healthy pregnancy within a couple of months. So, if you would like to go for natural progesterone cream, either search thoroughly for a good brand or seek a help from your doctor.
Nettle leaf is rich in mineral and the presence of vitamin K prevents haemorrhage. So you may try out with this. A hormone balancing herb Maca is famous for fertility. This potent herb should be taken between ovulation and menses and not strictly during pregnancy. Chaste tree berry is an excellent herb in increasing progesterone level. Many women have been benefited with the herbal supplement alone. Omega 3 fish oil is found to regulate female hormones, particularly acts well in Poly cystic ovarian syndrome. Red Raspberry is a good uterine soothing herb and helps in promoting fertility at the maximum. Calcium and Magnesium rich Red clover is an excellent herb that makes a woman to conceive naturally without any side effects.
All of the said items are natural and it won’t produce any side effects. Besides, keep regular sex, stay away from depression, eat a healthy diet, do exercises and be happy. I do not what is your age and medical background that is highly concerned about pregnancy. If you are under 35, then you are very much eligible for pregnancy and after 35s, it is a bit hard for natural conception.
Hope, the provided details would help you better, be sure and confident. Pray God and all your dreams will come true.
