Recommended Supplements for Normal Cycles?

I have been TTC for 3 years and am 35 years old. I want to try a female supplement to help improve fertility but my cycles are normal. I tend to go 30 days and get positive ovulation around CD12-15. This month I started Vitex towards the end of my cycle for the first time and my period was 4 days late (which never happens, I am always on time) so I am leery to take a supplement meant for irregular cycles.

Any reccomendations? I was looking at maybe Ovaboost or something similiar?

December 3, 2019 at 9:38 amHi! We at Farihaven Health would recommend FH PRO for Women with regular cycles. It doesn't contain any herbs, which is why I personally like it. It also contains your full prenatal vitamin as well. It is a great comprehensive supplement.

OvaBoost is also great. It can be help support egg quailty and ovarian function.

I have heard that Vitex can cause changes in women's cycles so that is something to be aware of.

December 30, 2019 at 9:15 pmHmmm, I haven’t done much research on stuff for regular cycles. You may try Maca, as it seems to be a good all-around supplement for fertility. Or Royal Jelly.
