I had 4 miscarriages in the past and my hcg always came back low and slow rising. my vit D was always dangerously low during all 4. I had heaps of tests, hysteroscopy etc, and all (except low vit D) came back normal, so they’re just unexplained MCs. This pregnancy, my bloodwork came back really good and hcg doubling in 31 hours. My vit D is in the good range, so i dont know if it’s coincidental. I also have been making other changes like exercising, taking Vitex, baby aspirin and mega volate prior to BFP. Oh and i did 4 days detox in march. So i dont know if its vitD or combination of everything. I just wanted to share my experience here, as i know i was looking/ reading a lot of forums in the past and some answers have helped me. Baby dust to all.
