OvaGraph is in the process of being retired as of December 1, 2025 due to resource constraints. To allow those who missed the initial cutoff to download their data, we are temporarily re-opening the OvaGraph website on the morning of Friday December 5th and will be shutting down OvaGraph permanently on the morning of Tuesday December 9th.

Please use this second, final window to download your cycles to your computer, and do not upload any additional data.

Additionally, we have launched a new Fertility Awareness Method charting app called Cyclisity that is available now on iPhones, in the US and Canada, for Fahrenheit. We are working to launch Cyclisity on Android, outside the US and Canada, and in Celsius in the coming months.

For instructions on how to download your OvaGraph data to your computer and also upload it to Cyclisity if you so choose, please email support@cyclisity.com and we will provide instructions.

How do I cancel my account?

You must log in to the website to cancel your account. However, any data in your account will be lost. This process requires that your email address be current and active, as you will have to confirm by email.

If you are certain you want to do this, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the OvaGraph.com website.

2. Click on My Account at the top of the page.

3. Click on Edit Your Account in the middle, below the header.

4. Scroll to the bottom of the form and find the Cancel account button; click it.

5. If you want to turn back now, click the small Cancel text link to the right of the button on the next page.

6. Otherwise, if you are sure, click the Cancel account button.

7. You will be sent an email within a few minutes to confirm your cancellation. This email contains a link which you MUST CLICK TO COMPLETE THE PROCESS.

8. Click on the link in that email.

9. Wait for the website to confirm cancellation with a message reading: [username] has been disabled.
