- Why am I only seeing yellow boxes while using the OvaCue Mobile?
When you begin charting each cycle, you need to make sure an average cycle length has been entered. This length will let the OvaCue know when to begin looking for the 'cue peak' trend in your oral readings. If you're still between CD 1-5, open your OvaGraph app and go to the Menu screen and select Cycles. Then, select your current cycle, and select the Average Cycle Length field to add that information.
- How do I view past cycles through the app?
If you want to look at past cycles that you have charted through the app, it's simple! Swipe over to the Menu screen of the app, and then select "Cycles". From here, you can view all the cycles you have on OvaGraph, and then select each cycle to view the individual days.
To view the chart itself, you can simply tap the chart icon on the Cycle List. You can also view your chart by swiping across the cycle to bring up a "View Chart" button if you're using an iOS device (for Android you'll need to press and hold the Cycle for that option to pop up).
- How can I adjust what I see on my Chart from the App?
You can change or customize your Chart View to show as many or as few details as you like. Just swipe to the Menu screen and select Settings. From here, you'll select Chart Settings where you can you can adjust what you would like to see when you view your chart. Make sure to select Save at the bottom of the screen.
- How do I add the Revised Ovulation Day in the App?
If you want to mark the day you think ovulation took place on your chart, you can! Swipe over to the Menu screen and select Cycles. Select the cycle you want to add the Revised Ovulation Day line, and then select 'Revised Ovulation Day' on the screen. Here, you'll select the day that you would like to mark, and then tap OK to save. When you view your chart next, you'll see a vertical green line on the day you selected!
- Can I add custom charting fields?
Yes!!!
How to create custom fields in the OvaGraph app:
· After you’re logged into your account, go to the Menu-Settings-Custom Chart Fields
· To add new field, tap the + icon in the upper right corner of the screen
· Tap the new chart field to edit the name of your choice, and adjust the color code if you would like.
· Tap Accept to save
· Repeat to add any other custom chart fields
· You can also delete a field by tapping on in, and then selecting RemoveOnce they’re created, you can add them to your chart through the Today’s Data screen. While on the Today’s Data screen, tap Edit, and you’ll see the Custom Field(s) that you’ve created at the bottom of the screen. You’ll have the toggle feature to select yes/no for that day.
After you save the information for that day, you’ll see your custom fields at the very bottom of your chart!
*One thing to note – you must have an internet connection while creating new Custom Fields, so double check that you’re connect before and while you’re creating those.
- Why am I seeing a "data conflict" when I press View Graph?
If the cycle day information that you have stored in the app is different from the cycle day information that you have saved at OvaGraph.com, the app will identify a "data conflict" when you press View Graph. When this occurs, please follow the prompts and select which data point you would like displayed in your graph and calendar.
- How do I add fertility data besides BBT and OvaCue readings?
The OvaGraph Mobile App allows you to enter and save BBT data and OvaCue Fertility Monitor readings directly in the app. You can also display other fertility data that you are tracking in your graphs and calendar, including cervical mucus consistency, OPK results, intercourse, menstruation, ferning results, pregnancy symptoms, and medications/supplements you are taking. To enter and save any fertility information in addition to BBT data and OvaCue readings, simply add those details when you're entering your OvaCue and BBT data. Select the fertility data you would like to enter from the selections available. When you are done adding information, be sure to hit Save.
- How do I know what version of the app I am running?
The version number of the app is located in the Settings screen. Navigate to the Settings screen by swiping from the Home screen to the Menu screen, then scroll to the bottom section of the page.
- How do I customize my OvaGraph account profile?
You can change or customize your OvaGraph account settings by swiping to the Menu screen and selecting Settings. From here, you'll select Account Settings. Then, you can adjust any detail you like, just make sure to select Save at the bottom of the screen.
- Why am I receiving an "Access Denied" error message when I press View Current Chart?
If you see an "Access Denied" error message when you press the View Current Chart button, you will need to force quit the app on your device and restart the app. To force quit the app, please follow these instructions:
- From the Home screen on your device, click the Home button twice.
- Swipe upwards on the OvaGraph app to close the app.
After force quitting OvaGraph, please open up the app again. Before you press the View Chart button, please be sure that you are logged in successfully to OvaGraph. If you are successfully logged in, your username, date, and cycle day will appear in the header bar on the Home Screen of the app. Once you have confirmed that you are logged in successfully, press View Current Chart.
- Why does it take so long to View Chart through the app?
In most cases, when you press View Chart within the mobile app, your chart will display within a couple of seconds. But, it is important to note that when you press View Chart, it triggers the app to use your Internet connection (either wifi or 3G) to access the website at www.OvaGraph.com. If you have poor cell reception or your Internet connection is slow, it can increase the amount of time it takes for your graph to display. If you consistently experience a long delay when trying to View Chart, we recommend that you check to be sure you have a good Internet connection.
- How do I log out of the OvaGraph app?
To log out, please swipe to the Menu screen within the app, and then, select Settings. From here, you can select Log Out, and then confirm that you do wish to log out of your OvaGraph account.
Please note that you do need to be logged in to your account in order to take and save a reading.
- How do I begin a new cycle using the OvaCue Mobile?

When you begin a new cycle, you need to update that information in your app. This must be done between CD 1-5. From the Home screen of the app, select Start New Cycle. From here, you'll follow the prompts to reflect your current cycle day as well as a few details about your cycle. That's it!
